A round red-breasted robin perches on a curling plum-blossom branch in front of a pale moon, with the small triangle of Mount Fuji catching cloud at the horizon below. A column of Japanese katakana along the left edge evokes the words robin's twilight perch. The print marries the careful kachō-e bird study with a deep, warm red sky for proper dusk drama. Beautiful in a hallway, a study or a sitting room.
