Mediterranean Summer: Bring the Feeling of Summer to the Wall

Sun-drenched coastlines, colourful façades, fresh citrus, long lunches and the relaxed atmosphere of a Mediterranean summer.

Mediterranean Summer is a new collection from Pictufy Wholesale, bringing together wall art inspired by the colours, flavours and visual character of Southern Europe. From the Amalfi Coast and Sicily to Italian cafés, coastal villages and turquoise beaches, the collection is designed to bring a sense of warmth and escapism to interiors.

For retailers, interior stores, hospitality businesses and e-commerce shops across Europe, it offers a versatile selection of Mediterranean wall art, Italian art prints and summer-inspired designs.

A celebration of Mediterranean colour

The Mediterranean aesthetic is all about colour. Terracotta, lemon yellow, coral, cobalt blue, turquoise, soft pink and warm neutrals come together throughout the collection to create an unmistakably summery feeling.

These colours can transform an interior, whether used as a bold statement piece or combined across a gallery wall.

The collection includes everything from bright citrus artwork and colourful Italian façades to soft coastal photography and painterly still lifes. This variety makes it easy to create different Mediterranean looks, from relaxed and understated to bold and playful.

Italian summer, captured on the wall

Italy is a recurring theme throughout Mediterranean Summer.

Think Amalfi Coast lemons, Sicilian landscapes, Venice canals, Bologna streets, Italian beaches and pastel-coloured coastal villages. Vintage-inspired travel posters sit alongside contemporary photography and playful graphic artwork, giving retailers a broad selection of styles to work with.

The result is wall art that feels nostalgic while still working beautifully in contemporary interiors.

From lemons to limoncello

Food and drink are an important part of the Mediterranean story.

Lemons, figs, tomatoes, sardines, pasta, espresso, gelato, wine and cocktails all feature throughout the collection. These playful motifs make the artwork particularly relevant for kitchens, dining rooms, cafés, restaurants, delicatessens and hospitality spaces.

For retailers, food-inspired wall art also offers an easy way to create themed displays around summer entertaining and Mediterranean living.

Coastal wall art for relaxed interiors

Alongside the Italian-inspired designs, the collection includes a selection of coastal wall art and Mediterranean photography featuring turquoise water, beach umbrellas, seaside decks and colourful harbours.

These pieces work particularly well in bedrooms, bathrooms, holiday homes, living rooms and sun-filled spaces where customers want to create a relaxed coastal atmosphere.

The photography can also be mixed with more graphic or painterly artwork to create an eclectic Mediterranean gallery wall.

A versatile collection for European retailers

Mediterranean style has an enduring appeal across Europe. Whether the customer is decorating a city apartment, a holiday home, a restaurant or a coastal property, Mediterranean-inspired wall art can bring warmth and personality to the space.

For retailers in markets such as Germany, France, Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy and beyond, the collection offers a seasonal story that can be introduced in spring and carried throughout the summer.

And while the collection has a distinctly summery feel, many of the designs are timeless enough to remain relevant beyond the peak season.

Create your own Mediterranean story

The collection offers plenty of opportunities to mix and match.

Pair lemon and citrus artwork with cobalt blue for a classic Italian look. Combine terracotta architecture with warm photographic prints for a more sophisticated Mediterranean feel. Or mix colourful food illustrations, vintage posters and coastal photography for a relaxed, eclectic gallery wall.

Whether you're looking for Italian wall art, coastal prints, Mediterranean kitchen art or colourful summer artwork, Mediterranean Summer brings together a curated selection designed to make an interior feel warmer, brighter and more inviting.
